Starting with fresh, local ingredients from his childhood gardens, he trained in prestigious Jordanian hotels before moving to New Orleans in 2005. Chef Ayman rose through the ranks, working at renowned establishments like the Edison Walthall Hotel and Woodfield Country Club. Serving as Executive Chef in New York City and now at Hilton Palacio del Rio, his love for diverse flavors and dedication to culinary excellence continues to shine! In every dish he creates and every kitchen he leads, Ayman Mustafa’s dedication, resilience, and passion for culinary excellence shine through, leaving an unforgettable mark on the world of gastronomy!
